  • Within 30 days of receiving your product, if you have assembled your product and still are not satisfied, contact us.
  • We will need you to simply provide a photograph of your completed assembly and an explanation of why you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  • After verifying your information, we will provide you with an RMA number for the return.
  • The product must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Significant damage to the product frame and/or missing components may result in a small restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping.
  • If these procedures are followed and the product arrives undamaged, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price.

Refund Policy – Unassembled / Accessories

To return an unassembled product or accessories, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of your items.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be in effect for all unassembled products and accessories.
